You are an end user? This is the way our hotline supports you:

After you have purchased our OfficeMaster products we will support you free of charge for 4 weeks. Our hotline will answer your questions about OfficeMaster if you have registered your version. A registering card comes with all our products. The online registration is even simpler. With the support number you will receive you will be entiteled to request a recall from our hotline by phone. Our hotline guarantees a response within 24 hours. The support number is valid for 4 weeks.
After this period you will be charged for our hotline support. You will have the choice either to buy a support ticket  valid for 2 weeks or sign a support contract with us.



You are a partner or reseller? This is the way our hotline supports you:

When installing our products at your customer’s sites you will get free of charge installation support via telephone from us. For this you have to be registered as a reseller (reseller proof) and apply for a support number. This number is valid for 6 months.
