Ferrari electronic offers cost-free services and charged services. Both will help you to use our products optimally.

If you are an end customer, our hotline helps you in the following way:

Starting with the acquisition of our OfficeMaster products you get support free of charge for 4 weeks. There our hotline answers questions about our products. Our hotline can help you if you have registered your products. A registering card is enclosed in all products. The online registration is even simpler. Then you will get a support number which enables you to request a recall from our hotline by phone. You have a guaranteed response time by our hotline within 24 hours. The support number is valid for 4 weeks.
After this period you will be charged for our hotline support. Then you can either buy a support ticket limited for 2 weeks or sign a support contract with us.

 

So our hotline helps you if you are a sales partner/reseller:

If you install our products as reseller at your end customers, you will get cost-free installation support from us via telephone. You must be registered as a reseller (reseller proof) and apply for a support number. This number is valid 6 months.
